I thought I may as well start as I expect to go on and introduce those who don't know her to my gorgeous girl... this is Cassie and she is the reason there have been so many more smiles and moments of fun and laughter in my life in the last few months ♥♥♥
There are so many lovely moments with her (and I manage to photograph quite a few of them!!) so, to get the ball rolling with this first post, I have picked some favourites from the first week of the year...
{{1-1-14}} Seeing in the New Year with my beautiful girl for the first time :) We also had my Aunty staying with us... she and my Mum thought it may be the first time in many, many years that they have seen in the new year together :)

{{4-1-14}}Being her usual daft-as-a-brush self... this sort of thing is why I have laughed more in the last few months since Cass came to live here than I have in years!! ;D
{{7-1-14}} Cass is an independent spirit- or just plain stubborn/awkward/lazy depending on exactly what she is upto at the time!! ;) - and often can't be bothered to come upstairs to see me in even if it does mean missing out on cuddles and scratches! Just before I took this pic she had come up stairs with my mum and jumped up on to the bed with me. But instead of settling straight down with me like normal, she then snuffled around in all my blankets and promptly jumped back off the bed and went back downstairs (sounding like a whole herd of elephants as usual!! Lol) and we figured she'd just decided she'd prefer *her* comfy chair in the living room after all... but no... she came back just a minute later, jumped straight back up and came to lie by me... she had only gone to get her piggy (a christmas pressy she is still slightly obsessed with)... and it made me feel ridiculously pleased that I was worth bothering to come back upstairs for straight away!! Lol Easily pleased, I guess, but I'd have missed that cuddle if she'd not come back!! ;)
{{Okay- so, having typed all that and now re-read it, it doesn't sound quite so good as it seemed at the time... but you'll have to indulge me- this is *my* Happy Jar after all!!}}
